Tuneo Music School is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Stage Coach with a strong background in musical performance and stage presence, passionate about helping students build confidence, develop expression, and perform at their very best.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group performance coaching sessions

• Develop students’ stage presence, confidence, and artistic expression

• Prepare students for live performances, auditions, and showcases

• Provide constructive feedback and personalized performance guidance

• Lead performance workshops, rehearsals, and masterclasses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Performing Arts, or a related field

• Proven experience in musical performance and performance coaching

• Strong communication and motivational skills

• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
